Main Functions
Obtaining a multilingual self-medical questionnaire
After log in to MedicalTalk Global solution for medical staffs, doctor simply scans the QR code displayed on patient's MedicalTalk Global APP, or by enters the pairing number, medical questionnaire that the patient has filled out in their own language is localized and displayed on the PC/tablet screen. At the same time, the medical consultation can be started in a closed, dedicated chat room at each’s chosen languages.
Medical consultation log
Memories of conversations with foreigners tend to become vague. MedicalTalk Global log function save the contents of the conversation conducted in the medical consultation chat room. It allows you to go back and search and review each patient's medical examination history. It also can serve as a medical record and as a tool for reconfirming communication with patients.
Multi-language support
As you log in to MedicalTalk Global solution for medical staffs, , you can choose the language you want to use for medical consultation, and start chat with patients (be able to select a language other than the OS language installed on your PC).
*Some languages are not supported, so please select the language that is most suitable for you (mother tong or most familiar second language). Supported languages will be expanded as soon as they are ready.
Dashboard
Medical institutions can set and update information such as address, contact details, medical departments, and role of the user at any time within the dashboard.
